This Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy for the website, hereinafter referred to as the “Website,” specifies the rules for processing and protecting personal data and the use of cookies and other technologies such as Google Analytics in connection with the use of the Website by Users.

 

Section 1: Definitions

 

For the purposes of this privacy policy, the following meanings apply to the terms below:

  3. User – any entity that browses the content of the Website.
  4. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

 

Section 2: Personal Data

 

  1. The data administrator of the User’s personal data, as defined in the GDPR, is the Administrator.
  2. The User may provide their personal data to the Administrator through forms available on the Website, as well as via email and other solutions such as messengers and chats.
  3. The legal basis for processing the personal data of Users is the voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent of the User expressed through the appropriate form on the Website.
  4. Personal data may also be processed in cases where the Administrator is authorized to process personal data based on legal provisions or to fulfill an agreement between the parties, as well as based on the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator. In particular:

The Administrator may entrust personal data to other entities assisting in achieving the purposes specified in the previous points (e.g., hosting providers, email service providers, email marketing service providers, law firms, marketing service providers, accounting offices, cloud software providers).
  6. The personal data of the User will not be transferred to recipients from third countries or international organizations that do not provide an adequate level of protection. Adequate protection must be confirmed by an appropriate decision of the European Commission or another legally binding instrument.
  7. The Administrator guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data provided.
  8. Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons, and their processing takes place in accordance with and on terms specified in detail in:
    1. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC,
    2. the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services,
    3. the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.

 

Section 3: User Rights

 

  1. The User has rights related to the processing of their personal data, including:
    1. the right to access data
    2. the right to rectify data
    3. the right to restrict data processing
    4. the right to object to data processing
    5. the right to erase data (the “right to be forgotten”)
    6. the right to data portability
    7. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of personal data by the Administrator.
  2. The User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time if the User has previously given such consent.

Section 4: Collected Information

 

  1. When the User uses the Website, data concerning the User is automatically collected. This data includes, among others: IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type. This data may be collected through cookies (i.e., small text files) and may also be stored in server logs.
  2. Cookies are files sent to the User’s computer or other device (e.g., laptop, smartphone, tablet) and stored there while browsing the Website. Cookies remember the User’s preferences, which allows for improving the quality of services provided, enhancing search results, and tracking User preferences anonymously.
  3. The User expresses their consent for the storage or access to cookies by the Administrator on their device through settings in the browser installed on the User’s device.
  4. The User can opt out of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in their web browser. In such a case, using the Website may be difficult (e.g., the website may operate more slowly).
  5. The User can delete existing cookies from their device by using the appropriate functions of the web browser, programs designed for this purpose, or by using tools available as part of the operating system used by the User.
  6. Data stored in server logs or obtained through cookies is not linked in any way to specific Users of the Website and is not used by the Administrator to identify Users. Server logs are used to administer the Website, and their content is not disclosed to anyone other than persons authorized to administer the server.
  7. Anonymous technologies recording User actions during the use of the Website are applied on the Website. These include, among others, Google Analytics, which is used for analyzing Website statistics.
  8. Data obtained through these tools is not linked in any way to specific Users of the Website and is not used by the Administrator to identify Users.
  9. The consequence of using the technologies listed in Section 3, point 7, will be the optimization of the Website, its content, and the offer of products and services for the User’s needs.

 

Section 5: Purpose of Data Usage

 

  1. The data provided by the User or automatically collected is used by the Administrator for the following purposes:
    1. the proper functioning, configuration, and security of the Website,
    2. monitoring the status of sessions,
    3. analysis, research, and auditing of Website views,
    4. as well as for statistical and marketing purposes.

  1. Changes may occur in this document due to the development of internet technology, changes in the law regarding the protection of personal data, and the development of my Website. Any changes will be communicated to Users immediately and in a visible and understandable manner.
